The Reception Area

The reception wall greets visitors to the center with a floor to ceiling dynamic display, showing information about nearby transportation and businesses. The active group's name and logo is displayed on the wall, welcoming them in.

The Reception Desk

The reception desk controls which visit is active in the main lobby area, displaying a synchronized greeting between the reception table and the registration wall.

Cards can be paired to a user record for that visit, or ad-hoc based on a visitor in briefing source. This card is recognized anywhere on-screen when a visitor places it on the glass of the display.
Visitors can then use the codice card to collect media and documents for later, each visitor is emailed a link to a web application where they can be retrieved, and where a visitor can see other information about their visit.

The Conversation Table

The conversation table is where visitors take a deeper dive into Red Hat history and capabilities. The table supports presenter-led engagements and self directed exploration of CMS delivered assets. Content can be positioned and scaled on the table, and passed between visitors. Visitors can collect content by tapping it with a codice card, or send to it a Bluescape display by double tapping it where it can be whiteboarded and collected.
